  2. Helping you become more aware of yourself and what YOU need from yourself.
  3. Recognizing behavior patterns.
  4. Assisting you to be able to communicate exactly what you need from others in a healthy manner.

Couples

Growing together can be fun adventurous, but it can also present difficulties. Sometimes those difficulties show up and cause feelings of isolation and disconnect.

When two people decide to start a journey together and grow together it’s unfortunate that we don’t necessarily grow the same way and at the same pace. I Choose Me is here to help couples understand how to grow together, learn together, and be together as their best selves first and then collectively.
