Equipping Our Teens – Adolescent Group

Description

This is a 5-week group aimed to equip teenagers with some coping skills, explore thought-processing, and build self-esteem. (See the session outline below).  This group has a maximum of 6 participants.

Outline:

Session 1: identifying triggers/open discussion
Session 2: exploring coping skills/open discussion
Session 3: Cycle of anxiety/open discussion
Session 4: identifying and challenging irrational thoughts
Session 5: Building self-esteem

The total cost of the group is $300.

There is an initial payment of $60 required to reserve a seat and attend Session 1. At the end of the session, you will be required to pay $120 (half of the balance) with the other half due immediately following Session 3. However, if you decide to pay in full (before or at the end of Session 1) you will receive a 10% discount and will only have to pay $270 in total; (which is $210 in addition to the initial payment you made).
