Family sessions: Building communication within the family system

Description

This is a 5-week group aimed to assist families with understanding and building strong communication structures (see the session outline below). This group has a maximum of 3 family units.

Outline:

Session 1: Family Sculpting and Family Roles
Session 2: Communication Styles
Session 3: I Feel Statements
Session 4: Parenting Styles
Session 5: Exploring and Identifying Triggers and Ways to Cope

The total cost of the group is $450 per family unit.

There is an initial payment of $90 required to reserve a seat and attend Session 1. At the end of the session, you will be required to pay $180 (half of the balance) with the other half due immediately following Session 3. However, if you decide to pay in full (before or at the end of Session 1) you will receive a 10% discount and will only have to pay $405 in total; (which is $315 in addition to the initial payment you made).
